To price THC drinks, a store starts from its wholesale cost, checks the brand's online prices and nearby shelves, then sets one round price. That price goes on a clear shelf tag.
Kronton Elixir comes in three flavors, plus a premium bundle and a monthly three flavor pack. Stores that stock it apply for a wholesale account. The steps below cover general retail pricing practice for a store adding these bottles.
Start from the store's own wholesale cost
Every shelf price begins with what the store pays. Stores apply for an account on the Kronton wholesale page.
Kronton approves accounts for wholesale pricing. Approved accounts see wholesale prices on the three Elixir flavors when they sign in there. Zigg Distro also distributes Kronton to stores, so a store buying through a distributor works from that invoice instead.
Add the store's own costs on top of the invoice. Freight, shelf space, cooler space and staff time all belong in the number a buyer uses as the floor.
Know the prices shoppers see on Kronton's site
Shoppers can look up Kronton's own store from a phone in the aisle. A shelf price reads better when the buyer knows those listed numbers. The prices below were listed on October 20, 2026.
- Single Elixir bottle (Cotton Candy, Strawberry Cough Splash or Mango Slushie): listed at $40
- Kronton Elixir Premium Bundle: listed at $110
- Kronton Elixir Monthly Three Flavor Pack: listed at $120, or $90 as a monthly subscription price
For the monthly pack, shipping is shown at checkout, and orders of $100 or more ship free. A store shelf offers something different: the bottle is in hand, with no wait for delivery. Buyers can weigh that when setting a price. A fuller price breakdown sits in How much do THC drinks cost?.
Check nearby shelf prices
Walk the local market before printing tags. Note what other stores charge for ready-to-drink THC drinks of a similar bottle size and format.
- Record the product, the container size and the shelf price.
- Note whether the item sits in a cooler or on a dry shelf.
- Note any bundle or multi-bottle price on display.
- Repeat the check every few months, since local prices move.
Kronton lists Elixir in a 375ml bottle, 12.68 fl oz, on the Strawberry Cough Splash and Mango Slushie pages. Compare bottles of the same size, not just the same category.
Use round price points
Round prices are easy to read on a tag and easy to ring at the register. They also make change simple at a busy counter.
Many stores pick whole-dollar prices or prices ending in the same digit across a category. A consistent ending makes the shelf look orderly and helps staff remember prices.
Pick the round number after the cost floor and the local check. Do not round below the floor to hit a tidy figure.
Keep one price per flavor unless costs differ
Kronton lists all three Elixir flavors at the same online price. When the store pays the same cost for each flavor, one shelf price for all three keeps things simple.
A single price lets a shopper choose by flavor alone. It also cuts errors at the register. The Elixir collection lists the three flavors, and Kronton flavors compared helps staff describe them.
If invoice costs ever differ by flavor, adjust that flavor's price and update its tag the same day.
Print the price on the shelf tag
A shelf tag should answer the price question before a shopper asks. Clear tags also speed up the counter.
- Print the product name exactly as it appears on the bottle.
- Add the flavor and the bottle size.
- Print the price in large, plain numbers.
- Place the tag directly under the matching bottles.
- Check that the tag matches the register price.
When a price changes, swap the tag and the register entry together. Staff training tips for shopper questions are in How to sell THC drinks.
