Domestic Shipping
5-7 business days delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
2-3 business days delivery. Premium option for time-sensitive orders.
All orders include tracking information sent to your email. You can monitor delivery status 24/7.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all 50 United States. Orders are delivered via trusted carriers with full signature verification for age-restricted products.
Due to federal cannabis regulations, we are unable to ship outside the United States at this time.
Shipping address must match the age-verified recipient's identification. Signature required at delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, initiate returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for qualifying returns. Your refund is processed within 5-7 business days of return receipt.
Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Packaging must be unopened for full refunds.
Exchanges & Refunds
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we'll send a replacement immediately at no additional cost.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for expedited replacement or refund.
Email sales@enjoykronton.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if applicable. We'll send you prepaid return shipping.

Yes! All orders include tracking information via email. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor delivery status in real-time.
What if my package is damaged during delivery?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and contents. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. For carrier-related damage claims, we'll work with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Can I return opened products?
No, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned for safety and regulatory compliance. Unopened, unused products in original packaging qualify for returns within 30 days.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to all 50 states where cannabis products are legal. During checkout, we verify your delivery address against state regulations. If we cannot ship to your location, you'll be notified before completing your purchase.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned package, we process refunds within 5-7 business days. You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
Delivery attempts will be made. If you're unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number to reschedule delivery or arrange safe drop-off at an authorized location.
