To stock THC drinks, check in every delivery, keep sealed back stock in order, rotate by the date on the bottle and reorder by flavor early. The routine works for a small shelf or a larger floor.

Check in each delivery against the packing list

Keep beverage back stock sealed and orderly
Kronton lists every Elixir flavor as shelf-stable. Keep back stock sealed in its case until the shelf needs it. As general practice, a cool, dry spot out of direct sun suits boxed beverages.
- Group cases by flavor, one stack or bin each.
- Label each stack with the flavor name in large print.
- Keep the oldest date at the front of each stack.
- Store cases off the floor and away from heat sources.

Rotate by the date on the bottle
Use first in, first out. Read the date on each bottle when restocking. Move older bottles to the front and place newer ones behind them.
- Pull existing shelf bottles forward before adding new ones.
- Fill from the back, not the front.
- Check dates on the shelf once a week.
- Do the same in back stock so older cases leave first.
Rotation by date keeps the shelf tidy. It also stops older bottles from sitting behind new arrivals.
Track weekly sales by flavor
Pick one day each week to count. Record shelf and back stock for each flavor, then compare with last week. The difference, plus any deliveries, gives units sold.
- Count shelf bottles for each flavor.
- Count back stock bottles for each flavor.
- Add deliveries received that week.
- Subtract this week's total from last week's plus deliveries.
- Log units sold per flavor in one sheet.

Reorder by flavor before it runs out
Set a reorder point for each flavor from weekly sales and delivery time. When stock reaches that point, place the order. Do not wait for an empty facing.
- Reorder the fastest flavor more often.
- Keep at least one full facing of each flavor at all times.
- Review reorder points each month as sales change.
- Note seasonal shifts in the sales sheet.
